RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1 .We have a Proper Team that check defects and do packaging. So our team makes it sure that there is no defect in our Article however if there is any damaged or default in our article then proper unboxing video is required for exchange & return.

2. Kindly check your clothes size properly before ordering.

3. Hassle-free returns & exchanges within 7 days under specific product and promotion conditions.

4. Refunds for orders will revert to the original payment method.

5. Report defective, incorrect, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery for claiming return.

6. Products bought during special offers are not eligible for returns.

7. For returns, reverse shipment fee upto Rs 150 can be charged , which will be deducted from the refund.

8.The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

9.The original tag must be intact and undamaged .

10.Items with broken, removed, or tampered tags will not be accepted.

11. For Partial COD orders, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is strictly non-refundable in case of returns, cancellations, or refusal to accept the delivery.
